Obituary for Marcia Kimak-Barron (Maykovich)

Marcia Kimak-Barron, 72, of Auburn, died peacefully at home on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
Marcia was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late John and Anne Volnak Maykovich. She has resided in the Auburn area all her life. Until her illness, Marcia had been working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a private Health Aid. Prior to that she spent 30 years at Welch-Allyn.
Marcia is survived by her husband Timothy Barron of Auburn, her daughters Maria (Mark) Brooks of Manassas, VA, and Melissa (Tim) Mullen of Memphis, NY, her son Andrew J. (Rita) Kimak of Camillus and four grandchildren, Kayla and Mara Brooks and Cole and Wyatt Mullen.
Friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. Friday in St. Mary’s Church, Auburn. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 P.M. Thursday at the Plis Funeral Home, 220 State St., Auburn.
